Can I try the plugins before the purchase?

Sure, you can generate your own DEMO environment and test there all the plugins we offer and their functionalities 7 days for free to check if they meet your needs.

Is it the one time payment lifetime deal (OTP LTD)?

All the plugins we offer can be purchased in a yearly subscription model and are paid annually. An active subscription entitles you to 1 year of updates and our support.

Renewing the subscription after 12 months is optional, not required, and you can cancel it at any time. The renewal cost is the same as the initial price. You may renew the subscription if you like or not if don't need to.

Please mind that an active subscription grants you the possibility to download the plugins' newer versions and updates, get our tech support if you encounter any problems and move and activate the API keys between the sites/domains.

If you decide to cancel the subscription or if it expires, you can keep using our plugins. They will work the same as before but you won't be able to do the updates, get our support and transfer the plugin files between sites and activate them in the new environment.

Can I return the plugin if something doesn't work as I expected?

Yes, according to our Refund policy you can request a refund within the 30 days from the purchase date with the full money-back guarantee.

The only thing we kindly ask in turn in such case is the exact refund reason since that kind of feedback provides us with the better understanding what our customers' needs are as well as helps us to improve and develop our plugins in the right direction in the future.

Can I change (upgrade) the plan I currently own?

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription plan anytime directly from My Account > Subscriptions tab. Once you are there simply hit the Upgrade button next to the subscription you want to extend. Then, on the product page select the new plan you want to upgrade the one you currently own to and proceed to the checkout. Place an order and finalize the whole process the standard way simply by paying the difference between the plans and that's it. The subscription details should be updated, the new plan should be activated and visible on the subscription list from now on.

If you paid for the initial order using the PayPal gateway (activated on demand) and the Upgrade button is not available in your case, please contact us directly via the contact form below.

    Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. Sending a refund request does not automatically mean that we will grant the refund.

    1. Make sure that you are using a supported WooCommerce version. You can find the supported versions in the docs.
    2. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.
    3. Please provide steps to reproduce the problem.
    4. Attach WooCommerce system status (below).
  • Please include plugin version that you use, WooCommerce and WordPress versions - this will help us tackle the problem faster.
  • Upload screenshot with plugin settings or that visualizes the problem you have.
    Allowed file formats: jpg, gif, png, pdf, zip.
  • Accepted file types: txt, doc.
