Refunds on Flexible Shipping Plugins
If you are unhappy with the plugin or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes it unusable, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days we will give no refunds.
To carry out the refund we require an exact reason why you do not want to use the plugin. We can hold refund until you provide the reason.
Refund is processed within 7 days of request. During this time, we can contact you to interview you about our plugins.

Refunds on renewals
We will not grant any refunds on renewals.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal payment is automatically processed on My Account page.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase and you will no longer receive updates nor support for the plugins you have purchased.
Refunds on Flexible Shipping Connect
We do not offer refunds on our Flexible Shipping Connect service. There is a free plan with all available features, limited only by the number of labels. This is why you should always start with the free plan and test the service before you subscribe to a paid plan.
After you’ve subscribed to a paid plan you can cancel the subscription from My Account page and your subscription will end when the billing cycle is reached and you won’t be charged for any more payments.
